SAY HELLO TO THE NEXT LEVEL

Eaton Undergoing Branch Remodeling Project

Our commitment to providing a great customer experience with the solutions and services to meet the financial needs of the communities we call home continues to drive our every decision. We call it The Eaton Way, which is why in July 2021 a bank-wide modernization project began. The substantial community investment will modernize the branches to align the physical facilities with the new brand that launched in late 2020 and give customers premier banking services on both the technology and customer service fronts.

Once complete, guests can expect to see warm, inviting spaces with significant technology upgrades, additional community spaces and private meeting spaces, along with enhanced customer amenities and a modern approach to the traditional teller lines.

Timeline

The project will require some patience for customers and employees alike. Please excuse our disheveled appearance as we strive to provide the best experience possible and align our physical facilities with our new brand to best deliver the solutions and services to meet the financial needs of our communities.

The remodeling begins with our Charlotte main office, with two phases expected to take approximately six months. Due to the pandemic environment, we are prepared to be flexible and anticipate obstacles will come up. The tentative schedule calls for Charlotte to be finished in late January, early February of 2022. Later in 2021, our Stockbridge branch will begin its remodel, with the rest of our branches to follow soon after with the modernization project continuing well into 2022.
